The Houston 1980 Astros picked up a win at Kingdome, dropping the Seattle 1998 Mariners, 7-1. Vern Ruhle, who is tied for 6th in the AL in innings pitched with 71.1, was the difference-maker. The Astros improved their record to 35-17 with the win over Seattle 1998.
