Extra-Inning Walk-Off Win for Pirates
The Pittsburgh 1979 Pirates beat the Philadelphia 1980 Phillies, 4-3, in 11 innings. Pittsburgh 1979 pitcher and Pasco, Washington, native Bruce Kison led the way. Pittsburgh 1979 reliever Kent Tekulve picked up the win, upping his record to 3-0. Dickie Noles was saddled with the loss.
