Colorado 1997's Walker Collects April Batting Honor Thursday, May 1st , 2025 Larry Walker, the Colorado 1997 right fielder, certainly made a name for himself this past month. He banged out a .377 batting average with 40 hits, 11 home runs, 34 RBIs and scored 22 times. That kind of hitting earned him the National League Batter of the Month honors for April. This year, Walker is hitting .390 with 14 home runs. |
