Toronto 1993 got a decent performance from pitcher Jack Morris, but it wasn't enough to beat the Seattle 1998 Mariners. Seattle 1998 won the SkyDome contest, 5-2. Morris threw 5.0 innings allowing 4 runs for the losing team. Seattle 1998 reliever Jim Bullinger picked up the win, while Jack Morris took the loss for Toronto 1993. The Mariners improved to 19-29.

Seattle 1998 used a well-timed hit by Edgar Martinez to capture the win. The first baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put the Mariners ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 5 at-bats, it was important.
